Expect candid perspectives, practical frameworks, and honest discussion around what works in today’s market, from client selection and trust-building to accountability, culture, and value creation. This is not a stage of theorists; it’s a room of practitioners committed to helping you apply what you learn and accelerate results in your firm.

ABOUT MICHAEL
Meet Michael Halperin, MBA:
Michael Halperin has spent over thirty years in the business world in an unusually diverse array of organizations and functions. His leadership expertise includes sales, marketing, technical operations, product development, customer service and professional services. Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, he founded three companies, led four IT Services practices and consulted with over two dozen companies.
Most recently, Michael was CEO of Apogee IT Services, a rapidly growing firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Over his three-plus years leading Apogee, the company grew by nearly 300%, scaling from less than 20 full-time employees to over 70. To manage the company’s rapid growth and transformation, he implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®).
Based upon what he learned implementing EOS in his own business, Michael became an EOS Implementer in 2017. Since then, he has worked with over 50 entrepreneurial leadership teams to help them realize the power of EOS.
Michael holds an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and resides in Harmony, PA with his wife, Mary.
