She has experience in transaction advisory across all layers of the capital structure, helping companies navigate mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and post-deal integration planning and execution. She advises companies ranging from pre-revenue to large-cap on financial management and growth, including analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting market research, developing complex financial models, and designing performance improvement initiatives.

Nikoleta began her career at Citi Investment Banking, where she advised Fortune 100 companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity financings. Before joining Kaufman Rossin in 2018, Nikoleta was the director of strategy and financial planning at a private equity turnaround company in the consumer e-commerce space. She also served as the COO/CFO of a mobile technology company in Miami, leading the company’s monetization strategy, identifying and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecasting and budgeting for capital fundraising. In her free time, Nikoleta enjoys assisting early-stage and growth stage businesses with strategy and fundraising.
