Meet Tom Petrovic:
Tom Petrovic has over 20 years of both public accounting and private industry experience. He was previously the sourcing Controller for General Electric’s Aviation segment following nearly 10 years with Ernst & Young, LLP. Tom leads Brixey & Meyer’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. For over 10 years, Tom has advised small and middle market private equity, private investors and strategic businesses with transaction advisory services. Tom’s experience includes leading multifunctional teams on mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions and divestitures. Tom has successfully advised on numerous transactions ranging from $1M to over $350M in enterprise value.
