Meet Eric Mitchellette:

If you have a critical business challenge, an advisor can help guide you. Eric Mitchellette has over 30 years of operating and turnaround expertise with distributors, manufacturers, and service operations that are experiencing business challenges. He founded Strategic Business Coach, Inc. in 2007 as an alternative to traditional business consulting practices by taking a personal interest in working with clients to achieve turnaround and overall business success. He is dedicated to working with business owners, management teams and outside advisors to rebuild for successful next stage growth, refinancing, new investment, or sale of the business. He can serve in an advisory capacity with owners and management or directly in an operating role as well as serving on company boards. He can guide clients in finding hidden value within their firms, in a merger or an acquisition or an exit strategy for business owners. Eric serves on company and association boards as an advisor and director.
