Gary West is the President of The Rocklin Group, a firm specializing in sales and business strategy, process, and value acceleration. Gary has a 30-year history of leadership excellence and success in diverse industries.
As a previous small business owner with three (3) exits, he understands SMB challenges and knows what is needed to accelerate revenue and increase enterprise value. Gary has led teams across the country with annual revenue responsibilities ranging from $3 million to over $800 million. Since 2010, he has worked within the SMB community serving as a business consultant, fractional CRO, and value acceleration coach, helping many achieve record-breaking results.
Gary earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business, and advanced business degrees, MBA from the University of Pacific, Eberhart School of Business, and Healthcare Management, from the University of Southern California.
In addition to an MBA, Gary is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a professional who specializes in helping business owners increase growth and accelerate enterprise value.
