Meet Lesley Tracy:
Lesley’s 30 years of experience spans roles as an HR Director and Senior Organization Change Management Consultant (Marriott International, Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, HP, to name a few).
She founded Changing Behaviors Consulting in 2019 where she specializes in understanding the unique needs of Gen Z (1997 – 2012, ages 11 to 26) and Millennials (1981 – 1996, ages 27 – 42), and resolving the corresponding management challenges, promoting retention and productivity.
Lesley holds a BA and MA in Psychology from George Mason University and an MS in Management of Technology from American University, graduating with high distinction.
